takesRIBBON(テイクスリボン)は「竹を使った素材で人々を健康に」をテーマに、TAKEFU（竹布）とオーガニックコットンを用いたユニセックスなアイテムを展開するtakes.から派生した、ソーシャルアクションプロジェクトです。
芸術家、教育者、社会活動家である幾田桃子氏と千々松由貴氏によるSAVANTをスペシャルデザイナーに迎え 「アートとラグジュアリーをより身近に」という想いをのせたTシャツを筆頭に、デイリーに楽しめるアイテムを展開していきます。
オートクチュールのエッセンスをディテールに落とし込んだそれらは、袖を通すたび「誰もが、そして自分が特別で大切な存在であること」を味わえるよう、素材、デザイン、縫製、着心地……その全てにこだわり生まれました。
年齢、職業、ジェンダーを超えて、誰もの日常とあらゆるシーンを豊かに美しく、そして機能的に彩ります。
人間と環境に優しい竹、そしてオーガニックコットンの機能性を、アフォーダブルなプライスと、とっておきのデザインにのせて。私たちtakesRIBBON は新時代のソーシャルラグジュアリーを新しいファッションの形、Well-beingと共に提案していきます。
グラフィックアートが表現する世界について
わたしたちのtakesRIBBONラボラトリーでは竹を通じて社会問題を提起し、竹を用いてその問題を改善する作品を制作しています。
そして同時にファッション、アート、建築など、世界に驚きと幸せの循環をもたらす竹のデザインについて実験もしています。
今日は製作中の竹とオーガニック素材のドレスを投影しアバターに着用してもらいました。
そんな様子を微笑みながら見守るのは、戦争と差別のない世界からやってきたtakesRIBBONのキャラクター「うら」。
SAVANTのデザイナーと一緒に竹の素晴らしさを広めるための活動をしています。
こうしてラボラトリーでは日々、唯一無二の作品が生み出されています。
ABOUT
takesRIBBON is a social action project derived from takes. which develops unisex items using TAKEFU and organic cotton under the theme of “making people healthier with materials made from bamboo”.
The project will feature Momoko Ikuta and Yutaka Chijimatsu, artists, educators, and social activists from SAVANT as special designers, and will develop items that can be enjoyed on a daily basis. This project will begin with T-shirts, and will continue further, with the idea of bringing art and luxury closer to people.
The essence of haute couture has been incorporated into the details of these items, and every time you wear it, you will feel “that everyone and yourself are special and important”.
Transcending age, occupation, and gender.
They add richness, beauty, and functionality to everyone’s daily life and in every situation.
Bamboo, which is gentle to humans and the environment, and the functionality of organic cotton, are combined with exquisite designs, at affordable prices.
We, takesRIBBON, will propose social luxury for a new era with a new form of fashion, well-being.
